Beyond Hairdressing
Maybe you once considered hairdressing and never had the resources to pursue it.
Fortunately, here's your chance to get your hands in some color! The Bartley Skills Development Program is a Skill Trades and Entrepreneurship development programme for poor and/or at-risk teenagers. As a team, we seek to establish a secure, supportive, and entertaining environment in which all individuals may contribute to a successful team while also having fun and learning life skills. Our staff members work to coach and advise based on core values such as respect, punctuality, and work ethics, which we strongly encourage participants to put into practice outside of the classroom. Our goal is to identify participants' unique skills, which they might use to enhance their socioeconomic condition in the future.
Each participant will get a talent that can be applied anywhere in the world by learning the barbering skill trade. Our introduction to trades programs also allows all participants to grasp the possibilities of different professions, which can help them choose a long-term career path.
Participants can choose from a variety of career paths including; braiding, styling, coloring, natural hair specialist, curls savant, and much more!
