Help youth gain exposure to career changing skills and mentorship while having access to affordable sporting activities

We are a Skill Trades & Entrepreneurship development program that helps nurture the innate abilities in marginalized and high risk youth. We mentor and advise through foundational principles including respect punctuality and communication.

Our mandate is to identify individual unique skills that participants can continue to use in order to positively advance their socioeconomic status. The trades has long been a last resort for many , our hope is to make becoming a tradesperson fashionable and fun. We are strong advocates for the trades because it has proven to be sustainable and recession proof.

The program focuses on 3 core values which we deem the Trifecta of entrepreneurial success:

Strong Mind

The peaks and valleys of being an entrepreneur requires a very strong and discipline mind. The rigor of day to day challenges can cause depression fatigue of the mind, which may lead to failure of the body and under utilization of skills.

Strong Body

The body is essential in carrying out the minds demands, if any member of the body is weak, the whole body subsequently becomes weak also. By building a strong healthy body you are insuring that you will be able to showcase your skills and do so comfortably for a very long time.

Strong Skills

Strong skills are the backbone to the economy and the foundation to our infrastructure, nothing created would of been possible without the development of skills and specifically skill trades, It is the outcome of our thoughts. Skills become intrinsic once learnt, it can increase through practice and decrease through negligence but can never be forgotten.

What We Do

We believe that, in order to develop a strong career plan, one must be exposed to a variety of activities and perspectives to gain new insights into potential interests. We introduce participants to a range of different sporting & educational activities that also allows them to expand their network while establishing lifelong relationships.

Teaching the barbering skill trade allows each participant to obtain a skill that can be used anywhere in the world and has immediate economical impact. Our program is broken down into 12 week cohorts as well as 1 year enrollment for students who have made a full commitment.
Learning Hair Styling / Barbering helps participants develop organizational and communication skills that is transferable throughout all aspects of life and business.

Our introduction to trades initiative also allows participants to explore the possibilities of other trades that can help them decide on a career path that is sustainable.
