Bartley Skills Development Program is a Skill Trades and Entrepreneurship development program that assists underprivileged and at-risk adolescents. We nurture the innate potential that our youth all have, as a team, we create a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment so that all can be a part of a successful team, while building life long skills. We advise based on essential values such as respect, punctuality, and commitment, which we strongly encourage participants to practice outside of our four walls. Our mission is to impart life skills through barbering & entrepreneurship that participants can immediately apply to improve their socioeconomic situations.

Each participant will get a talent that can be applied anywhere in the world and has an instant economic effect by learning the barbering skill trade. Barbering teaches learners how to organize and communicate in a way that can be applied to many parts of life and business.
